Client: カセイフ-babysitter
Role: Lead Product Designer (UI/UX & Visual Design)
Tools: Adobe XD, Photoshop, stakeholder collaboration
Platform: Mobile App
Scope: Full product design—from user flows and wireframes to final UI and developer handoff
カセイフ-babysitter is a mobile platform connecting families with verified babysitters, childcare providers, and housekeeping professionals. The app allows service providers to create professional profiles, browse and apply for job listings, while families can post jobs, explore detailed provider profiles, and connect with potential matches.
As the sole designer, I led the end-to-end product design— from UX strategy and flow mapping to high-fidelity UI and developer collaboration. My goal was to create an experience that felt trustworthy, warm, and easy to navigate for both families and providers.
Dual-User & Multi-Service Design
Created parallel user flows for service providers (babysitters, childcare providers, housekeepers) and employers, balancing unique goals while maintaining a unified experience framework.
Stakeholder Alignment
Collaborated with product and marketing teams to prioritize trust-building features such as verified profiles, ratings, and experience badges.
User-Friendly Flows
Simplified onboarding and profile creation through guided steps, auto-save drafts, and progress indicators—reducing drop-off rates for new users.
Trust-First Visual Direction
Prioritized a clean layout, authentic profile imagery, soft color palette, and accessible typography to create an atmosphere of warmth and safety.
I designed low-fidelity wireframes in Adobe XD to establish layout structure, navigation logic, and interaction patterns early in the process. These prototypes helped validate usability decisions and secure stakeholder alignment before visual design began.

カセイフ-babysitter received highly positive feedback from stakeholders for its balanced dual-user experience and trust-driven interface. The design system and mobile-first layouts effectively supported the platform’s multi-service scope while maintaining a cohesive brand experience.
Designing for two distinct audiences while ensuring a unified visual and functional structure was both a challenge and a valuable learning opportunity. This project strengthened my ability to:
