カセイフ–babysitter Mobile App Design

Mobile App - ベビーシッター

Trusted Childcare & Housekeeping Platform for Families and Service Providers

Client: カセイフ-babysitter
Role: Lead Product Designer (UI/UX & Visual Design)
Tools: Adobe XD, Photoshop, stakeholder collaboration
Platform: Mobile App
Scope: Full product design—from user flows and wireframes to final UI and developer handoff

Project Overview

カセイフ-babysitter is a mobile platform connecting families with verified babysitters, childcare providers, and housekeeping professionals. The app allows service providers to create professional profiles, browse and apply for job listings, while families can post jobs, explore detailed provider profiles, and connect with potential matches.

As the sole designer, I led the end-to-end product design— from UX strategy and flow mapping to high-fidelity UI and developer collaboration. My goal was to create an experience that felt trustworthy, warm, and easy to navigate for both families and providers.

Project Goals

  • Enable providers to easily create verified, appealing profiles
  • Help employers browse, filter, and shortlist providers by category and experience
  • Simplify job posting and application workflows
  • Build trust and transparency through visual storytelling and verification features
  • Design a safe, family-oriented interface that promotes confidence and reliability

Design Approach

Dual-User & Multi-Service Design

Created parallel user flows for service providers (babysitters, childcare providers, housekeepers) and employers, balancing unique goals while maintaining a unified experience framework.

Stakeholder Alignment

Collaborated with product and marketing teams to prioritize trust-building features such as verified profiles, ratings, and experience badges.

User-Friendly Flows

Simplified onboarding and profile creation through guided steps, auto-save drafts, and progress indicators—reducing drop-off rates for new users.

Trust-First Visual Direction

Prioritized a clean layout, authentic profile imagery, soft color palette, and accessible typography to create an atmosphere of warmth and safety.

Wireframes & Layout Planning

I designed low-fidelity wireframes in Adobe XD to establish layout structure, navigation logic, and interaction patterns early in the process. These prototypes helped validate usability decisions and secure stakeholder alignment before visual design began.

Key Wireframe Highlights:

  • Intuitive Main Page: Clear navigation, concise CTAs, and direct access to core platform features.
  • Detailed Job Seeker Profiles: Showcased work history, photos, skills, and user reviews for transparency and credibility.
  • Dynamic Job Listings: Adaptive feed tailored to the user’s category, location, and expertise—optimized for quick filtering and engagement.

Outcome & Reflection

カセイフ-babysitter received highly positive feedback from stakeholders for its balanced dual-user experience and trust-driven interface. The design system and mobile-first layouts effectively supported the platform’s multi-service scope while maintaining a cohesive brand experience.

Designing for two distinct audiences while ensuring a unified visual and functional structure was both a challenge and a valuable learning opportunity. This project strengthened my ability to:

  • Design scalable UX patterns across multiple user types
  • Build trust through visual communication and interaction clarity
  • Translate complex requirements into a friendly, intuitive mobile experience

Future iterations will focus on usability testing and data-driven refinements to further optimize engagement and reliability for both families and service providers.
